Synthera® + is a fully automated module for the synthesis and purification of radioactive compounds used for diagnostic imaging (PET and SPECT) and therapeutic applications, primarily in oncology, neurology and cardiology. Synthera®+ uses a disposable cassette loader (IFP™ Integrated Fluid Processor) and a set of commercially available reagents to synthesize a wide range of compounds such as: [18F]FDG, [18F]FPSMA-1007, [18F]NaF, [18F]FET , [18F]FLT, [18F]FMISO, [18F]FCH, [68Ga]Ga peptides and many others.

The IFP™ loader allows you to perform independent multiple syntheses of multiple or single molecules. It is possible to carry out four consecutive syntheses without opening the hot cell, absolutely EXCLUDING operator exposure, and without wasting preparation time between runs.
